Google Analytics is a powerful tool that can provide insights into how visitors interact with your website. Go to the Google Analytics website and click on "Start for free."
Log in with your Google account, or create a new one if you don't already have one.
Step 2: Set Up a New Property
If you're new to Google Analytics, you'll be prompted to create a new account and property. If you already have an account, go to "Admin" in the lower-left corner, select the Account in which you want to create the property, and then click "+ Create Property."
Enter a name for your property. This could be your business or website name.
Choose the reporting time zone and currency.

For WordPress websites without a plugin: You can add the tracking code to your website's header by editing the header.php file in your theme. Alternatively, consider using a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers.
After you've added the tracking code to your site, you can check that it's working correctly.
Go back to your Google Analytics account, and in your property, navigate to "Realtime" on the left-hand menu.
Open your website in a new browser tab. If the tracking code is set up correctly, you should see at least one active user (you) on your site.
Congratulations! You have now set up Google Analytics 4 for your website. It may take up to 24 hours for data to appear in your reports. Remember, Google Analytics only collects data from the time you set it up, so it won't show any historical data.
